Spa & Wellness

An oasis with the Baltic Sea’s best view

Viking Line’s new M/S Viking Grace will feature a Spa & Wellness department on Deck 11, at the top of vessel, with an unparalleled view of the Baltic Sea’s most beautiful archipelago. It will be an oasis where body meets soul in a restful atmosphere.

Steam sauna and snow cave

When guests enter the Spa & Wellness department they will receive a towel, a bathrobe and slippers. The open space features two large jacuzzis with a fantastic sea view, making you feel like a part of the archipelago. In addition to regular saunas, there is a steam sauna and an herbal sauna, also featuring a sea view. After your sauna, you may want to cool off ─ we recommend the snow cave, where snow is falling and the temperature is minus 2 degrees Celsius!

Treatments featuring highq quality Italian products

The environmental friendly trend visible in many parts of society is also beginning to be noticeable in the spa world. More and more market players offer ecological products and natural materials in their spa treatments. Viking Line has chosen to partner with Comfort Zone, a company in Parma, Italy and a well-known brand in the international cosmetics market. To them it is important to respect the environment and sustainable development. This is evident from their choice of suppliers, certified raw materials, recyclable packaging and more. Further information about the company can be found at www.comfortzone.it.

On board the Viking Grace, the Spa & Wellness department will offer more than ten different treatments for all types of guests, from a 15 minute manicure/pedicure to 90 minute body treatments. The menu will also feature a wide range of refreshing and nourishing facial treatments.

Private VIP department

The entire Spa & Wellness department can be booked for private use outside of regular opening hours. There are also two private VIP units (for up to six people), each with their own sauna and jacuzzi. This will be a perfect oasis for those who want to add a dash of luxury. Treatments are also provided in the VIP unit and refreshment service is included. The Viking Grace’s Spa & Wellness department is a perfect place for anniversaries, bachelorette parties, birthdays and other gatherings.

The hotel manager Lena Holmström will tell more about the spa in her own blog later on. The Spa & Wellness department will become bookable later this autumn.
